The Styles settings let you make routes, tracks, and waypoints easier to read on the map.

Settings You May See

• route width
• track width
• point symbol size
• minimum and maximum width controls where supported
• distance markers
• direction arrows

When To Adjust Them

• if routes look too thin on a high-resolution screen
• if waypoints are hard to pick out on busy mapping
• if you want clearer direction cues while following a route
• if you prefer a cleaner map with fewer markers

Good To Know

These are display preferences. They change how the map overlays are drawn on your device, but they do not alter the actual route or track data.
