Settings and Customization
About
Use Settings > About to check the OMN4 app name and app version installed on the device.
The version is useful when:
- checking whether a device has the expected update
- comparing behaviour between two devices
- contacting support about a problem
What You Can Expect To See
- the app name
- the current app version for that platform
When To Use It
Open About before reporting a bug or asking for help, especially if a support reply asks which version you are running.
If you are comparing desktop and mobile behaviour, check the version on both devices. OMN4 version strings can differ between platforms, and a small version difference can explain why a feature appears in one place first.
