Show on Map
The route library and related tools can show or hide saved items on the map without deleting them.
What Show On Map Means
An item can stay in your library while being temporarily hidden from the map. This is useful when:
- too many routes are cluttering the display
- you only want to compare one trip at a time
- you want to keep archived data but not draw it constantly
Typical Use
- Open Routes, Tracks & Waypoints.
- Find the route, track, waypoint group, or folder.
- Turn its map visibility on or off.
Important Note
Show-on-map is a display choice, not the same thing as deleting data. If an item disappears from the map but is still in the library, check its show-on-map state first.
