Trials and Renewals

OMN4 can offer a 7-day free trial for qualifying subscribers. When the trial ends, continued access to subscription-controlled mapping depends on having an active paid subscription.

During A Trial

  • You can explore OMN4 on supported desktop and mobile devices.
  • Sign-in, sync, maps, and account features work in the same way as they do for paid use.
  • Download only the maps you really need, because offline map data can take up the same storage during a trial as it does after purchase.

When A Trial Ends

If the trial expires and you do not move onto a paid subscription, OMN4 may no longer show the same subscription-controlled mapping. Your routes, tracks, waypoints, and other local data are not deleted just because a trial ends.

After Renewal

  1. Sign in with the same account you used for the trial.
  2. Run a sync.
  3. Check Settings > My Account for the updated subscription.
  4. Open Map Management if you expect new or restored mapping.

If Renewal Looks Wrong

Check the email address first. A surprising number of subscription problems turn out to be the right purchase on the wrong account.

If My Account still shows an old expiry after the purchase route says the renewal succeeded, contact support with the account email and purchase details.
