Manage Subscription
How you manage renewal and billing depends on where the subscription was bought. Use the purchase source shown in OMN4 as your starting point.
Check The Purchase Source
Open Settings and then My Account. If OMN4 shows a Purchased From value, use that as your guide.
Common Cases
- If the subscription was bought through Apple, manage renewal in your Apple subscriptions.
- If the subscription was bought through Google, manage renewal in Google Play.
- If the subscription was bought directly through Anquet, use the Anquet account route supplied with your purchase or contact Anquet if you need billing help.

After A Change
If you renew or change your subscription:
- Make sure you are signed in with the correct email address.
- Run a sync.
- Re-open Map Management if you expect new mapping.
If the Name field changes, it should be treated as the subscription label currently attached to the account. Legacy entitlements may still show older labels until they are migrated to the current OMN4 GB or OMN4 Pro GB names.
When To Contact Support
Contact support if:
- the renewal has gone through but OMN4 still shows the old expiry
- the purchase is attached to the wrong email address
- the purchase source is unclear and you cannot see where to manage it
