Installing Your Subscription

After purchasing a subscription, follow these steps to activate it in OMN.

Step 1: Ensure You Have the Latest Version

Make sure you're running the latest version of OMN. Download from our download page if needed.

Step 2: Sign In

Open OMN and sign in with the same email address you used to purchase your subscription.

Step 3: Sync Your Account

  1. Go to the My Maps screen:

    • PC/macOS: Click the map dropdown and select "My Maps"
    • Mobile: Tap menu > Map Management
  2. Press the Sync button

  3. Wait for synchronisation to complete

Step 4: Access Your Maps

Your subscription maps should now appear in the My Maps list. Expand a product to see the individual maps available.

Troubleshooting

Maps Not Appearing

If your subscription maps don't appear:

  1. Check you're signed in with the correct email
  2. Press Sync again
  3. Check your internet connection
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

Wrong Account

If you purchased with a different email:

  1. Sign out of OMN
  2. Sign in with the email used for purchase
  3. Sync your account
