Resetting Your Password
The OMN apps and website use the same email and password for all logins. Follow these steps to reset or change your password.
Before You Start
Before changing your password, protect any unsynced route data:
- Open OMN
- Go to the GPX Manager
- Press Sync to upload your data
If sync fails, use the Export function to save your data locally.
Changing Your Password
If you know your current password:
- Log in at www.anquet.com
- Go to your account settings
- Select the password change option
- Enter your new password
Forgotten Password
If you've forgotten your password:
- Go to www.anquet.com/signin
- Click "Reset my password"
- Enter your email address
- Click Submit
- Check your email and follow the reset instructions
Update Your Apps
After changing your password, update each OMN app:
- Open the OMN application
- Go to Settings > Reset
- Use the top reset button
- The app will close
- Restart and enter your new password
Repeat this on each device where you use OMN.
Troubleshooting
Not Receiving Reset Email
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact support if the issue persists
